1. The service
Kuantile is a free web application that performs valuation and risk analysis on portfolio data entered by the user. The service is provided "as is".
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on this Site — no calculation, indicator, report or article — constitutes investment advice. Investment advisory services are provided under agreements with authorised institutions. The analyses here are based on historical data; past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
3. Data accuracy
Price data comes from third-party sources such as Yahoo Finance and TEFAS. Kuantile cannot be held responsible for delays, outages or errors in those sources. Confirm prices with your broker before critical decisions.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide a valid email address when registering, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Accounts involved in abuse (automated request flooding, probing for vulnerabilities, attempts to access others' accounts) may be closed without notice.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's design, software and the content in the Guides section belong to Kuantile. Quoting with attribution is welcome; republishing content without permission is prohibited.
6. Pricing
Current features are free. Third-party ads (Google AdSense) may be displayed. If paid features are introduced, these terms will be updated and existing users notified.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kuantile is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the information provided here.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions can be sent via the contact page.
